Deviled Eggs: The Evil Appetizer

Today I made Deviled Eggs for an appetizer.

I don’t use a recipe book anymore for these eggs, I do it by taste now. Here is the ingredients I start with.

After halving the eggs, put yolks in bowl. Add green onion, very finely chopped. Add salt and pepper, enough to taste so a gracious sprinkle will do it. Add one approx. 1 tsp mustard, and 1tbsp mayonnaise. Blend well. Use spoon to dole back into egg halves. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.

The finished eggs are sinful. I guess that is where they get their name.

    My husband loves deviled eggs, but I’ve never made the,. My mom makes them for him occasionally though.
