Tonight I was reviewing a book, and am sharing the recipe I used, since it was fab!
You need these ingredients to start. (Plus Olive oil, not pictured.)
Using oil, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic, coat the pork.
Create kabobs and put on broiler pan.
Broil each side 6 minutes. Serve immediately.
I got this recipe from Around the World Cookbook by Abigail Johnson Dodge.
Delicious! And really less than 15 minutes prep. It was so easy and so tasty!!!!
